He has a background as outsourced legal manager for a multinational company, as senior partner in Brazilian law firms, and as consultant for Brazilian daughter companies of foreign multinational companies.

Active in the following areas: Contract Law, Commercial Law, Corporate Law (including the structuring of M&A, Joint Ventures and Consortium transactions), Copyright Law, Telecom, business structuring in general, including real estate and Project Finance. Civil and commercial litigation.

Member of the Brazilian Bar Association, São Paulo Chapter.
